Travel Training - Helping young adults Move Confidently in the World
Travel training is more than learning to get from A to B. For people with disability, it often begins with home or low risk practice, moves into role play that simulates travel scenes, and then progresses to real journeys under supervision. Each phase builds safety, confidence and independence, opening the way to greater freedom and connection.

ADHD | Flashlight Model
Attention is like a flashlight. Sometimes the beam is narrow, giving deep focus. Other times, you choose where to point it based on your goals. Or it widens, keeping you alert to whatever comes up.
Switching between these takes effort, which can be tiring for people with ADHD. Planning how to use your “beam” can make attention work more in your favour.
