Our rates vary depending on payment and funding options, due to differences in legislated price maximums, GST inclusions and exemptions, registration requirements, administrative burdens and other associated factors.

| Regular appointments | 1 | Our appointments are typically one hour long. We do not charge standard preparation costs. Charges may occur if resources need to be created. This is considered on a case by case basis. |
| Functional Capacity Assessment | 15 | All FCA assessments commence with a 2 hour initial appointment and may include 3 to 4 additional appointments for observation and assessment. This also includes report writing, reviewing documentation, and liaising with health professionals or members of the participant’s support network. |
| Home and Living Assessment | 20 | Includes all components of a Functional Capacity Assessment as well as additional time to create a suggested roster of support hours and address Specialist Disability Accommodation criteria under NDIS SDA rules and legislation if required. |
| Powered Mobility Device Assessment | 12 | Includes a 2 hour appointment to establish powered mobility goals and collect measurements and background information. Further sessions include a knowledge assessment regarding road rules and an on device trial and assessment. This also includes report writing and liaising with the participant’s doctor to confirm suitability for a powered mobility device. |
| Basic Home Modifications (per modification) | 7 | Includes an appointment to understand functional needs and home modification goals, gathering measurements for technical drawings, preparation of drawings, organising quotes, and completing a report for submission. |
| Complex Home Modifications | 20 | Time varies depending on the scope of works. This includes an appointment to understand functional needs, gathering measurements for technical drawings, preparation of detailed drawings, organising multiple quotes, and completing a report for submission. |
