    Navigating major life transitions can reshape daily routines and expectations. Whether finishing school, starting work or entering retirement, each stage brings new opportunities and new demands. Our therapists focus on what each person can do and build the practical skills needed to take part in these changes with confidence.

    For newly acquired disability

    When disability occurs later in life,
    our therapists provide support to adapt to new levels of function and the way daily life is carried out. We focus on what each person can do, then build on those abilities through practical strategies and guided practice in real settings. This approach helps people regain confidence, establish new routines and take part in the activities that matter to them. Our aim is to create a clear pathway so each person can move forward with capability, purpose and control.

    Moving home brings different routines, expectations and environments to navigate. Whether you are moving out of a family home for the first time or relocating to housing that is more accessible and better suited to current needs, our therapists work alongside each person to build the skills and confidence needed for a safe and successful transition.
