Our therapists work with individuals from ages 9 and up, using play-based approaches to support skill development in children and providing assistance to adults in addressing challenges with everyday tasks. Frequently asked questions

  • We provide mobile-only services, meaning that we come to you at home, school, work or elsewhere in the community. We find that therapy works best in the places in natural environments where you plan to use the skills or equipment we are working on, rather than a simulated clinic environment

  • We will contact you within 2 business days of you making contact or completing a referral form.
We will discuss your therapy needs before creating a plan together before sending out a service agreement for you or the person you are referring to complete.

During an initial session, we will complete an assessment that gives us an overview of your day-to-day life, what is meaningful to you, and how you engage and participate in activities. This usually involves us asking some questions and helps us to provide better therapy services.

We will then work together to develop some therapy goals which will guide future sessions and let us measure how affective therapy is over time.

  • We will schedule our next session with you directly, or with someone that you nominate.

If you have provided us with an email, you will automatically be reminded of your appointment via email 24 hours before your appointment takes place.

We may book in a limited number of sessions if you have requested an assessment only service, or multiple sessions if you have requested ongoing therapy services. This may be spread out over several months, or given in a blocks of intensive therapy with frequent sessions depending on your goals and preferences.

  • Unfortunately, we are not an NDIS registered provider, so we can only provide services to NDIS participants that have Self-Manged, or Plan Managed NDIS plans. If you’re unsure if this is you, let us know and we can help you to find out.

We also accept privately paying clients. If this is you, please reach out to discuss your occupational therapy needs and we can discuss our fee’s.

We invoice for services after they are provided and via email. Invoices are sent directly to you or your plan manager and payment is accepted via bank transfer.

  • We provide Occupational Therapy in Sydney and Melbourne.
Dietitian services are in Sydney only, or via telehealth.

We can sometimes make exceptions to this if we can plan our trips to work for both our occupational therapists and clients.
