We are a small allied health provider operating locally in both Perth (Fremantle) and Sydney (Randwick), offering mobile services in surrounding suburbs, and Telehealth support when needed.

  • You can submit a referral using our online referral form, email us, or contact our team directly. We'll send the service agreement within 24 hours and contact the participant within 48 hours.

  • A participant's contact details, NDIS number (if available), funding information, goals, and any relevant reports or background information are helpful.

  • We aim to contact participants within 48 hours and book an initial appointment within 2 weeks, subject to participant availability.

  • Yes. We keep support coordinators informed when appointments are booked and can provide updates throughout the participant's journey, with the participant's consent.

  • Our capacity changes regularly. Contact us or submit a referral, and we'll let you know our current availability.

  • Participants can cancel or reschedule online or by contacting our team. We also send SMS and email reminders to help reduce missed appointments and avoid cancellation fees.

  • We provide services across metropolitan Perth and Sydney, and offer telehealth where appropriate.

  • We provide Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services including functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, home modifications, SIL and SDA assessments, therapy, mealtime management plans, swallowing assessments, communicaiton assessments, and reports to support NDIS goals.

  • Our administration team is happy to answer any questions about referrals, capacity, or participant bookings. We're committed to responding promptly and making the referral process as smooth as possible.
