NDIS Access Reports

We pride ourselves in our ability to complete comprehensive assessments of function and the impacts of disability in day-to-day life to create a snapshot of someone's support needs.
These reports are commonly requested as additional information to access funding schemes such as the NDIS.

These reports are paid for out of pocket and provide a snapshot of what support a person requires. They do not guarantee that someone will be accepted by a funding body (Such as the NDIS).
