What our OT services involve

Comprehensive therapy solutions grounded in evidence-based practice.

Functional Capacity Assessments

A snapshot of your day-to-day life and support needs, written up as evidence for plan reviews or equipment requests.

Equipment & Assistive Tech

Prescription for assistive technology tested in the place you actually use it, including complex and powered mobility.

Home Modifications

Clinical assessments recommending structural alterations to ensure safety, independence, and accessibility throughout your home.

Mental Health OT

Interventions focused on routine, autonomy, and function using the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and recovery principles.

Capacity Building

Practical skill development and routine building worked on where you live rather than in a clinical office.

Home & Living Reports

Detailed evaluations for suitable living arrangements, including SIL, SDA, and ILO with suggested support rosters.

The person who assesses you writes your report

A small, local team—not a roster of contractors or a remote call center.

Questions we get asked

Do I need a referral?

No. Most people contact us directly. Referrals from GPs, support coordinators, and allied health professionals are welcome, but not required.

Do you see children?

No. We work with adolescents and adults 16 and over. We have no paediatric caseload, which is why our entire practice is built around adult goals.

Can the NDIS pay for this?

Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider (NDIS Provider No. 405171395) and accept self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed funding.
